A neighbor of a Kimberly Sullivan's, who is accused of locking up her stepson for 20 years, has shared her chilling remarks after the now 32-year-old finally escaped.
Tracy Vallerand, the biological mother of a Connecticut man who was allegedly locked up for more than two decades by his stepmother Kimberly Sullivan, 56, is demanding poetic justice.
The stepson, 32, says he was only allowed outside for 'about 1 minute a day' to 'let the family dog out in the back of the property', the affidavit states. Kimberly Sullivan denies the charges.
