NHS trust is fined £1.6m over a 'long list of failings' which led to the deaths of three babies - as bereaved family call for a public inquiry

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust was handed the penalty by a district judge after it admitted failing to provide safe care and treatment at a maternity unit where three babies died.
